After completing orthodontic treatment, the patient sought a solution for her smile. Born without a tooth on the right side, she had been relying on a temporary tooth that often fell out, causing embarrassment. She had a small peg lateral tooth on the left. Feeling self-conscious about her smile, she sought a permanent solution. We replaced the missing tooth with a bridge and reshaped her front teeth using minimal prep veneers, creating a natural and cohesive smile that she loves.

This patient came to us with cavities on several of her front teeth that needed repair. We used composite filling material to restore the affected teeth and improve her smile. This is a great example of everyday dentistry that focuses on the health and longevity of our patients' teeth. Our goal is to not only make sure our patients are confident in their smiles but also to ensure their teeth stay healthy and strong for years to come.

Before fully restoring this patient’s mouth, he would visit our office every few months with a broken tooth. This discomfort triggered his chewing muscles, leading to excessive grinding and wear—eventually causing his teeth to break. This cycle had been ongoing for years.

Our primary goal was to stabilize his bite, allowing his jaw joints and chewing muscles to relax and function harmoniously with his teeth rather than against them. Treatment involved a multi-step approach using crowns and implants, and in the end, we achieved a stable, functional result. Now, he can go about daily life without worrying about breaking his teeth!

As we go through life, we can put a lot of wear and tear on our teeth. Sometimes they chip or break. Depending on the situation, a little composite filling material is all that is needed to help restore the form and function of a tooth!

This patient came to us with chipped front teeth from an old nail-biting habit and a filling near the gumline that was failing. We replaced the old filling and carefully added composite material to smooth out the chipped edges of her front teeth. The treatment was conservative, requiring no extensive work, yet it made a significant improvement in how she felt about her smile.

This patient was hit by a car, and while thankfully his injuries were not severe, he did break all four of his lower front teeth in the accident. To restore both the form and function of his teeth, we conservatively treated them with partial crowns, carefully rebuilding each tooth to its natural shape. This patient had spent his entire life as a cowboy, which had taken a toll on his teeth—many were damaged or lost from years of riding bucking horses. When he came to the office, he shared, "I don't have many teeth left, and the ones I do have cause me so much pain. I just don't want them to hurt anymore." After assessing his situation, we decided to craft a full upper denture. We were able to preserve his remaining lower teeth with fillings and a thorough cleaning. Once the treatment was completed, the patient expressed, "I can't tell you how much better I feel now that my mouth doesn't hurt."

The patient came to us with an existing upper denture that had been repaired multiple times due to fractures. She expressed that she loved the appearance of her current denture, as it closely resembled what her natural teeth had looked like. She asked, "Can you create a new denture that looks as close as possible to my old one?" We accepted the challenge and, after careful attention to detail, crafted a new denture that matched her aesthetic preferences and improved overall function. 

This patient had been living with untreated gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), which had caused significant erosion of their lower tooth structure due to prolonged exposure to stomach acid. The acid not only weakened the enamel but also made the teeth more vulnerable to cavities. After diagnosing and successfully managing the GERD, we were able to restore the remaining tooth structure with crowns, providing protection and preventing further damage.

One of our young patients came to us with concerns about the rough edges on their front two teeth. His parents were worried about how this impacted his smile and asked if we could make improvements. Using a simple and minimally invasive technique, we applied composite filling material to smooth out the edges of the teeth. A more confident smile and a very happy patient who no longer had to worry about sharp teeth!
