KöR–DAY WHITENING

Read Description
This case is an example of the KOR two weeks at home whitening. The patient was extremely happy with the results, and we did not do any further treatment. I think that a third week of at-home whitening or an in-office treatment could have helped achieve an even more uniform color. Overall, a good outcome and a happy patient!

Read Description
Patient before treatment: “I cannot smile showing my teeth! They look awful!”
Patient after treatment: “I cannot believe the difference this has made in my overall appearance! I like to smile now!”
This patient needed a crown on a dark side tooth that was breaking. To ensure the best match, we recommended whitening her teeth first. Concerned about sensitivity, she opted for two weeks of at-home KOR daytime whitening. Once the whitening was completed, we made the new crown to match. The results exceeded her expectations—she was thrilled with her brighter smile!
KöR–Night™ WHITENING

Read Description
This young patient developed a dark spot on one of her front teeth after getting headbutted by a horse. The stain had been there for a few years, and she became increasingly self-conscious about it when she smiled.
She completed two weeks of the KOR Night whitening system. To be honest, I did not expect the at home system to remove the stain as well as it did. The plan had been to do the whitening on the off chance it worked and then a veneer to cover the stain. The patient was thrilled with the results—and so was I!

Read Description
This patient used the KOR Night two-week whitening system. This case is a perfect example of how natural tooth structure can achieve a beautiful color with whitening. However, as you can see near the gumline, the exposed root structure didn’t lighten as much, and her existing fillings remained unchanged. While the patient was thrilled with the overall results, it's important to understand the limitations of whitening—it can't lighten root structure, existing crowns, or fillings.

For years, this patient struggled with discoloration on his bottom front teeth, which made him feel self-conscious about his smile. Eager for a solution, he asked if there was a way to improve their appearance. We recommended the KOR Whitening system, a conservative treatment that brightens teeth without causing damage. Our goal was to help the bottom three front teeth blend with the rest of his smile. Here are the results:
KöR MAX WHITENING

Read Description
This patient had been using a different whitening brand for years but was never able to achieve the bright smile she wanted. Sensitivity issues with the other system made consistent use difficult. We recommended the KOR Max system, which includes two weeks of at-home whitening followed by an in-office treatment. The system comes with a conditioner for the teeth that helps to reduce sensitivity.
After the two-week whitening, her teeth were significantly brighter, and she said she had experienced very little sensitivity. While the in-office session didn’t lighten them much further, it helped deepen the shade for long-lasting results. Now, four years later, her smile is just as bright as the day she finished treatment!

Read Description
This patient had beautiful veneers on her upper teeth, but over time, her lower teeth darkened with age. To restore balance to her smile, we used the KOR Max system to brighten her lower teeth, seamlessly blending them with her veneers. This simple treatment made a remarkable difference, truly rejuvenating her smile!
KöR Ultra whitening

Read Description
Growing up with mineral-rich water left this patient with dark stains on her teeth that had persisted for years. Using the KOR Ultra whitening system, we were able to transform her smile. Even after almost 4 years, the results still look just as vibrant and fresh as they did when the treatment was completed.

Read Description
The patient expressed that she wanted a brighter, more youthful smile that didn't look worn down. To achieve this, we took a conservative approach with her treatment. First, we used the KOR Ultra whitening system to achieve the perfect shade for her teeth. Next, we placed porcelain veneers on the front two teeth to improve their shape and position. Finally, we added a small amount of filling material to the edge of the right tooth to smooth out its contour.
The result? A stunning transformation that enhanced both the brightness and appearance of her smile!

Read Description
This patient had a root canal on her right front tooth, and over time, the tooth near the gums began to darken. This is a common issue with teeth that have undergone root canal treatment. She had tried several whitening methods in the past, but none were effective in improving the color.
I was amazed at how well the KOR Ultra system was able to eliminate the dark discoloration, restoring a beautiful, brighter color not only to the dark tooth but also her whole smile.
KöR Tetracycline

Read Description
Let’s talk about Tetracycline staining on teeth!!
Tetracycline is an antibiotic that is used to treat several kinds of bacterial infections. Tetracycline can cause discoloration of the inner layers of the tooth if a child (under the age of 8) or pregnant woman takes the medication while the child’s teeth are developing. The discoloration can appear yellow, brown, or gray, and is permanent. Although the color of the teeth is altered the strength of the teeth is no different than teeth without Tetracycline staining. It can be very difficult to whiten Tetracycline-stained teeth because the discoloration is so deep inside the tooth. Newer in-office whitening treatments have advanced to a point where dentists can now help improve the color of the Tetracycline staining without the need for veneers or crowns.
Here is a case that we treated using the KOR Tetracycline whitening system: Patient has Tetracycline staining on his teeth. He mentioned that he has always been self-conscious of the darker color but did not want to get veneers because his teeth were otherwise healthy. We used the KOR whitening system that is designed to treat this type of staining. The whining process involved an initial in office visit so we could condition the teeth, 6 weeks of whitening at home, and a final in office visit to permanently set the color change. It was a long process, but the patient said the results were absolutely worth it!

Read Description
White spots (demineralized areas) after braces are a common concern, but we can help! With our ICON treatment system, we can effectively treat these spots without the need for numbing or removing any tooth structure. For the best results, it's ideal to begin treatment soon after braces are removed.
In this example, the patient still has a bit more work to go before achieving her perfect smile, but at least the white spots are a thing of the past!

Read Description

Dental implant
Implant bridge

Read Description
This patient had been trying for years to take care of his natural teeth. His gum were very healthy but he was constantly getting cavities. When he came in for a cleaning appointment it was noted that all six of his front teeth had new cavities. After discussing treatment options, we considered two routes:
1. Attempting to save the front six teeth with crowns. However, given his high cavity rate, there was a risk of developing more cavities underneath the crowns over time.
2. Replacing the front six teeth with two implants and an implant bridge. Given his healthy bone and gums, and the fact that implants can't get cavities, we decided this was the best long-term solution.
The implants were placed by Cheyenne Oral Surgery, and once they had healed, we completed the final restorations. The patient's excitement when he saw the final result was truly contagious!

Over time, the filling began to break down, so we replaced it with a custom crown. Our goal was to blend the new crown seamlessly with his other front teeth, and we're happy to say: mission accomplished! This case showcases the incredible craftsmanship of the labs we partner with!
DENTAL crown

Read Description
Severe tooth wear had taken a toll on this patient's natural teeth due to two key factors: subconscious daytime grinding and the presence of opposing porcelain crowns. The hardness of the porcelain accelerated the wear on her natural teeth when they rubbed together. Our primary goals were to 1) protect the lower teeth with a stronger material to prevent further wear and to 2) adjust her bite into a more comfortable position, reducing the urge to grind by letting the jaw joints relax. We achieved this by crowning the bottom front six teeth and applying composite filling material to the natural back teeth. The result was both comfortable and functional — exactly what we aimed for!

dental BRIDGE

Read Description
This patient had lost his front teeth in a bike accident at a young age. While some of the teeth were able to be put back in the mouth, the trauma caused issues with the bone and tooth positioning. Once he was old enough, we were able to restore his smile with a bridge on the right side and two veneers on the left. Before the restoration, the patient completed two weeks of KOR at-home whitening to lighten his natural teeth, allowing us to match the color of the restorations to a brighter color. The patient later shared that the results were "life-changing."
RESTORATIVE DENTISTRY

We replaced the missing tooth with a bridge and reshaped her front teeth using minimal prep veneers, creating a natural and cohesive smile that she loves.
FIXING CAVITY

Read Description
This patient came to us with cavities on several of her front teeth that needed repair. We used composite filling material to restore the affected teeth and improve her smile. This is a great example of everyday dentistry that focuses on the health and longevity of our patients' teeth. Our goal is to not only make sure our patients are confident in their smiles but also to ensure their teeth stay healthy and strong for years to come.
FULL MOUTH REHAB

Read Description
Before fully restoring this patient’s mouth, he would visit our office every few months with a broken tooth. His bite forces were incredibly strong, and his jaw joint couldn’t find a comfortable resting position due to the way his teeth were aligned. This discomfort triggered his chewing muscles, leading to excessive grinding and wear—eventually causing his teeth to break. This cycle had been ongoing for years.
Our primary goal was to stabilize his bite, allowing his jaw joints and chewing muscles to relax and function harmoniously with his teeth rather than against them. Treatment involved a multi-step approach using crowns and implants, and in the end, we achieved a stable, functional result. Now, he can go about daily life without worrying about breaking his teeth!
